Ryan Montecucco serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary overseeing all legal matters for the company and its subsidiaries. Before joining LumiThera Ryan spent over 20 years in private practice advising both public and private companies in corporate securities-related transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He began his legal career working at one of the top 50 global law firms, primarily serving Fortune 500 companies and West Coast startups, before eventually founding and managing a boutique corporate law firm. Ryan also led the Seattle, Washington corporate practice group at a 300-attorney West Coast firm. Ryan has served as U.S. legal counsel to businesses located in Argentina, Australia, Bulgaria, India, Israel, Russia, and Switzerland. He has been named a “Super Lawyer” by Thomson Reuters. Ryan holds a B.A. in Business Administration (finance) from the University of Washington Foster School of Business and graduated from the Seattle University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude.
